We record basic website activity to understand which services and projects interest visitors and to improve the site.
What the site records
Our first-party activity records include the page viewed, an anonymous session identifier, approximate active time, referral domain or campaign source when available, clicks on contact links, video play events, IP address, browser user agent, and the time of the event. Activity tracking does not record words typed into search engines or AI tools, unsubmitted form text, or audio from a visitor’s device. Information deliberately submitted through our inquiry and testimonial forms is stored separately as described below.
How records are used
These records are used for site performance, understanding interest in our services, and reviewing potential bid interest. The dashboard is restricted to the site owner. An IP address may belong to a shared network or VPN and is not treated as a verified personal identity.
Retention and contact
The dashboard displays a rolling 30-day activity window. Older activity is removed from the site’s activity database on subsequent use. If you contact us by email or phone, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry and is separate from the anonymous activity dashboard.

Inquiries and testimonials
When you submit a bid inquiry, Auger stores the contact and project details you provide so Brad can review and follow up on the request. These records and private follow-up notes are available only through the owner dashboard. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Testimonial submissions include permission to publish your quote, name, and company after review. Your email address is not included in the public testimonial. The website displays selected testimonials, not an unfiltered review collection or overall rating.
Inquiry and testimonial records are retained until the owner deletes them. To request correction or deletion, email Brad@AugerFoundation.com. Form protection temporarily stores a daily hash of the submitting network address to limit spam; expired counters are deleted during subsequent form submissions after approximately one day.
